The Atlanta Braves continue to check in on potential additions, this one via the trade market. According to the Dallas Morning News' Evan Grant, the Braves are among three teams that have checked in on shortstop Corey Seager. The other two are the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox.
The Atlanta Braves are reportedly in agreement on a two-year, $23 million contract with outfielder Mike Yastrzemski, Jeff Passan of ESPN reports. "Outfielder Mike Yastrzemski and the Atlanta Braves are in agreement on a two-year, $23 million deal that includes a third-year club option, sources tell ESPN," Passan wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
