The Seattle Seahawks took care of business once more with a dominant 26-0 victory over the Minnesota Vikings. Seattle has improved to 9-3 on the year, and thanks to the Los Angeles Rams ' loss to the Carolina Panthers earlier in the day, move into a tie for first place in the NFC West.

Seattle then went three-and-out with the Vikings getting pressure on Darnold up the middle once again. Minnesota’s offense then answered with a three-and-out of their own. As we move to the second quarter of play, the Seahawks are looking at a 1st-and-10 from their own 47-yard line.

The Seahawks activated WR Dareke Young from IR before Thursday night vs the Rams and elevated RB Cam Akers and OT Amari Kight.

For the first time since 2007, the Seahawks are headed to the postseason without Pete Carroll as their head coach.

Kupp fumbled it back to the Rams late in the second quarter with the Seahawks trailing 13-7. Seattle was looking to take a late first-half lead before also receiving the second-half kickoff, but the Rams put a stop to that effort.

The fight for the top spot in the NFC West Division goes to Seattle on Thursday night for a Week 16 matchup between the host Seahawks and visiting Los Angeles

Seahawks OC Klint Kubiak took responsibility for Seattle’s recent slow starts ahead of Thursday Night Football vs the 11-3 Rams at Lumen Field.

The Seahawks won the toss and elected to give the ball to the Rams, opting to see what they needed instead of giving LA that luxury. An ugly LA drive ended in a wide-open 41-yard touchdown pass from Matthew Stafford to Puka Nacua — completing the superstar Rams receiver’s career 225-yard night.
